The One-Year Anniversary of The Shanghai Summer School

The Chinese Summer holiday keeps going and is reaching its terminal stop a few days later. Also,  The Shanghai Summer School ,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has successfully celebrated its one year anniversary and has made great achievements in this summer time.

The foundation of Shanghai Summer School a year ago was on a morning of June 30, 2013, the opening ceremony of Shanghai Summer School (Chinese Medicine Program) was held at the Lecture Hall, International Exchange and Cooperation Center, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The Program(Chinese Medicine Program of Shanghai Summer School ), sponsored by Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and organized by International Education College, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, is themed of “the Miraculous Tour: Chinese Medicine Exploration”. international students from different countries are welcomed to enter for the Program.This year they do also made great achievements. Participants would involve in the teaching activities actively in Acupuncture and Tuina .  Through this program , they receive training and culturing in Chinese medicine,hoping to serve for the society and the world, and they also offered their best wishes for the complete success of Shanghai Summer School (Chinese Medicine Program)for the next year.

During the 4 weeks in this program, the participants will enjoy the lectures given by the teachers of our University, study Chinese medicine knowledge and Chinese language, and participate and experience various activities of Chinese cultures. It is the first time for most of them to come to China and Shanghai, and they hope to know about China and Shanghai, to understand Chinese medicine, and to experience the extensive knowledge and profound scholarship of traditional Chinese medicine.
